MIND - BODY - SOUL
Complementary therapies create the conditions the body requires to heal itself
My background is in administrative law and nursery teaching
Since 2016 I became interested in natural ways of improving health and wellbeing and I've participated in a variety of mind-body courses : qi gong and acupressure , energy work , transcendental meditation , shamanic journeying , treating chronic stress and last but not least my formal training HND - complementary therapies at City of Glasgow College.
I’ve accumulated over the years many tools that help me to regain balance in times of crisis and which I now use to empower my clients by offering as self help for home use.
I am committed to my professional development and I'm regularly updating my knowledge and skills to be able to address my clients' health issues.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT) and I'm fully insured to carry out several types of massage, advanced reflexology and Reiki.
For questions about treatments I can be contacted at
I am involved in studying Integrative Healthcare with HND qualification in
Complementary Therapies and a diploma in Deep tissue massage.
My interest in alternative therapies began from me as a very empathetic and
sensitive person and having a passion to help others. In addition to Complementary Therapies, I am passionate about Yoga, breathwork,
meditation and mindfulness practices, which I find extremely helpful tools in this hectic world we live in.
I am committed to my continuous personal development and aim to deliver the highest quality treatments in order to help people feel better about themselves, reduce tension in the body, soothe the soul and calm the mind.
I am trained in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and Indian head massage

This type of massage uses a mild/firm pressure( depending on clients’ needs) to ease muscular tension, aches ,pains , stiffness caused by stress poor posture, repetitive movements and physical exercise.
Benefits : promotes relaxation , boosts circulation , alleviates pain , strengthens the immune system , improves sleep , speeds up recovery from injury or illness.
This is a great option for those new to massage or for someone looking to enjoy a complete massage experience.
There are points on the feet known in reflexology as reflexes which are connected via the nervous system to their corresponding organs or body structures ; There are more than 7.200 nerve endings on the feet ; when the reflexes on the feet are stimulated a signal is sent through these nerve endings to the brain to balance the corresponding organs ; The most important effect of reflexology is deep relaxation and this is essential as more than 70% of today’s illnesses are the result of stress.
Deep tissue massage does what it says 'on the tin' - it is a massage technique that works on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Similar to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage uses slower and firmer strokes and pressure than other treatments - deep finger pressure that concentrates on particular areas and follows or goes across the fibres of muscles and tendons. Deep tissue massage is a particularly effective therapeutic massage for people with muscle pain.
A deeply relaxing type of massage that generally uses light pressure but medium or firm can be used to suit clients' needs. The very slow rhythmic techniques used in aromatherapy massage calm the nervous system down and this in turn relaxes the muscles . A personalized essential oil blend is prepared depending on individual needs. All oils used are 100% natural and organic where possible.Aromatherapy is an ideal treatment to uplift mood, for relaxation and muscle tension caused by stress.
Indian head massage or Shiro-Abhyanga as it is known in Ayurveda is a treatment that focuses on massaging marma points along the head, neck, arms and shoulders. This has a stimulating action on internal organs and body systems aiding in the mind and body rehabilitation of clients suffering from different conditions such as stroke, stress, pains.
Indian head massage can not only reduce headaches and improve physical well-being, but it can also improve mental and emotional wellness too.
Reiki is a system of natural healing that assists us in balancing our physical energy and emotional bodies. The word healing is used in the sense of gaining harmony and wholeness and Reiki addresses the whole person— physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
The main intention for the work that I do with Reiki is that of clearing , balancing and energizing the energy centres and hence the organs they correspond to using the 3 Reiki systems I'm attuned to : Usui , Karuna,Shamballa.
